"The team on site were great. The location is fantastic if you are using the train to come in and out of Düsseldorf. However the place is a little tired and it was odd to get an old fashioned key to open/close my door. The breakfast was good, yet a little cheap as there was no fresh orange juice (multivitamin or apple only) or hot meats."

"The hotel is well appointed with a seperate drive in entrance. There are a LOT of rooms here, but all are large for a city centre hotel. Well decorated, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Only minor point is that the lift is a little complicated to operate. You'll see what I mean. And all the TV stations were in German, no other languages available. There was a bit of a queue at check in but the staff dealt with it well. A big smile on the guy at check out so very friendly. I would recommend this...

"It was good. The PIN code given to us initially was wrong and that was frustrating as we couldn’t get into the room. Thank god it was still working hours so we contacted the staff on telephone after a wait of 10minutes and got a new code immediately. Altogether it was a good place for the price. "

"Very pleasant, clean, modern hotel. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was immaculate. Convenient for trains, trams and buses. We had been a little worried about possible noise from trains but the window was very well soundproofed and we were not disturbed at all, even though our particular room overlooked the station - a fascinating, ever-changing view. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again."
