The apartment was cozy and comfortable. The owner was communicative and helpful. The location is convenient since it’s right next to Stardun. However, the apartment is in the epicenter of everything, so it can be noisy for people who are sensitive to noise.

the location is excellent, all the attractions and restaurants are right outside of your door. The down side is you have to carry your luggage over a lot of stone steps. So if you are out of shape or with small children and grandma, reconsider.

The apartment was lovely, very comfortable & spacious & the location couldn’t have been better. I rate the apartment itself highly, our only negative comment is the bar downstairs plays incredibly loud music from 10pm which disturbed us quite a bit. I appreciate this isn’t the hosts fault.

Perfect location in old town Dubrovnik to explore and feel like you live in the town- so charming! Know that wherever you go in old town there are many stairs- the history and charm of the place. This listing is for many different apartments so ask questions beforehand if you want to understand what your specific apartment will be like. You most likely are not the first photo looking out at the water. Also I suggest asking for specific landmark directions to your place beforehand- gps does not always work well in Dubrovnik so it would be helpful to have more than just the physical address. Also there are porter companies that will help you with your bags if needed. So appreciated the privilege of renting a place in old town- thank you!

What a wonderful accommodation right in the center of old town. Very near restaurants and the important sites. Milos was amazing and arranged for a transport from the airport. We are going back next week!!!

The location is excellent, situated right above Stradun and near restaurants, activities, and a city wall entrance. The apartment itself is cozy and intimate with authentic details like wooden shutters, and the air conditioning works very well. The top floor provides a magical view of the Dubrovnik rooftops. Please note that there are narrow stairs leading to the apartment, so it may not be the best fit for anyone with mobility issues.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our small children. They brought a portable crib for us ASAP. The location is absolutely stunning. It’s right inside the action and didn’t take too many stairs to get to! (Although we were happy that we had backpacks vs. rolling luggage because the entire area is just easier that way- FYI!) we were able to walk everywhere… restaurants are right outside your door! Just a few minutes walk you can go cliff diving & snorkeling. Also super convenient ferry dock to get boats to Lokrum island (which is also very cool for cliff diving & game of thrones history). This studio apartment couldn’t have been better & was exactly what we were looking for!! An authentic feel & so cool! Highly recommend!

Great property but beware that there are MANY stairs to go there. The property manager was kind enough to have someone bring our luggage to the room for a fee of €10 per luggage payable to the person carrying the luggage.
