It is nearly 1000sq ft in size and consists of entrance hall leading to large Kitchen,Living/ Dining Room opening onto a large wrap around Balcony with Fantastic views of the water. There are two large Double Bedrooms and two Bathrooms with Bath, Power Shower Toilet, Sink and Biday. One Bedroom has a Double Bed and the other has a double and a single Bed? The apartment has a number of really nice Restaurants and Bars within minutes walk. It is directly across from Dublin’s Bord Gais Energy Theater. There is lots of public transport on your doorstep and is walking distance from Dublin City Centre.

Everything about this stay was great! Modern finishes, comfortable beds, beautiful water view and just a few minutes walk to grocery stores and restaurants. John was responsive and very accommodating. We enjoyed our time in Dublin!
Excellent location and apartment! An easy 25 minute walk to the center of Dublin, but many things to do in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood was great, loved the view, nicely appointed bathrooms. Check in was easy and we had no issues. Close to a number of restaurants and a nice grocery. We would definitely stay there again.
This was an amazing place with a gorgeous view of the canal from a wrap around balcony. There was even a welcome basket and an adaptor if we needed it. The apartment was clean, spacious, and quiet. There's a Nespresso, toaster, tea kettle and microwave with a decent sized washer and dryer. The beds were really comfortable with plenty of pillows. It's right next to the bus line with stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Dublin.
The views from this apartment are stunning. It is one of the few (only?) in the building to have balconies. Sited in a walkable little neighborhood,* it is close to a DART station and two useful bus lines.
*grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants (one in building), National Print Museum, EPIC museum, punnily named "Google Docks" (European HQ), etc.
Outstanding overall! John was responsive prior to arriving. Check in was easy with a very nice welcome basket. Property was in very clean and in excellent condition. The pictures are representative of the layout, but the property has more space than it appears. Deck is large. Very comfortable for four adults. Location is good for walking or catching busses into all downtown and tourist areas. Local shopping for groceries and supplies is good. Restaurant in building is excellent.
We enjoyed our stay in this unique and bright apartment. It has wonderful large windows looking out in two directions across the canal. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has elevators and stairs for going up and down. One bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom with shower. Two other bedrooms are down a hall with a shared bathroom off of the hall. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other one has a twin bed. The shared bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower. This tub has three steps up to it and a large step down into it.The apartment is in a modern high rise building in a modern neighborhood east of central Dublin. Several good restaurants and a small supermarket are nearby. Getting to tourist spots you’ll want to see are accessible by bus, taxi, or a 20 minute walk back and forth to Central Dublin. Overall a very comfortable place to stay! Good wifi, too.
Great location away from tourists. Huge balcony to view the waterfront. Very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. We were able to walk to all our places including the Guinness tour.
John checked us in. It was really easy. The view is great. The apartment was super clean and had a really nice welcome basket. The beds were really comfortable. We loved our stay.

Great location but tired flat
The photos make the property seem much nicer than it is. Could use a deep deep clean. The linens were not very good quality and didn’t smell good. The pillows were ratty and super poor quality. No coffee press which seems kinda essential. Expensive for what you get!
Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, tourist sights, supermarkets, buses, trains etc... Was so convenient for our 1 month stay in Dublin! We really enjoyed the apartment and the lovely neighborhood.
