was really stressful trying to reach the room service, house keeping or the restaurant.
I believe it has to do with the hotel management, since the none of the staff seem well trained to handle a volume or customer requests.
House keeping to begin with never puts clean towels in the bathrooms or replaces with clean ones. You literally have to call them and request for it. I called the restaurant several times to order breakfast and no one answers. In order to get to them, I had to call the reception, and they told me that they will have the restaurant call me back, which never happend. So out of sheer frustration I requested to speak with the duty manager and yet again I was told that he will call me back, and guess what..that never happend as well.
To add to it all, I get a call 2 minutes before 12 to remind me that I need to check out.
you can only imagine how customer centric this hotel is. (sarcasm implied).
