There are 6 heated rooms at the bunkhouse, each with three bunkbeds, sleeping 6 to a room.We provide all bedding. Please bring towels.
Torrent Walk Bunkhouse is a Snowdonia mecca for mountain bikers with two famous bike centres located on our doorstep. Dyfi Bike Park and Coed y Brenin.
Famous Torrent Walk is only 500 meters from the site and, for the truly hardy, the mountain Cader Idris and its three trails can be tackled nearby. With Zip World and Bounce below just a 35 minute drive away and beaches and lakes for water sports nearby, there is plenty to keep you busy.
Torrent Walk Bunkhouse is surrounded by woodland and farmland, with views looking towards the mountains. The campsite and bunkhouse shares it's facilities: toilet and shower block, disabled facilities, washing machines and driers, fridges, freezers, mobile charging facilities and use of microwaves are all available. There’s also a power wash for bikes and equipment, and the we can store your bike for you if needed.
For stocking up, the garage just up the road sells essentials, also Starbucks just down the road and shops and cafés are within a few min drive, and a small supermarket and a wide range of shops are in the town of Dolgellau a mile away.
Cooking your own dinner? The bunkhouse has a kitchen, a BBQ and there is also a Campfire, but make sure to buy your logs at reception.
