Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Quiet location. The only thing that made me deduct a star was the breakfast which was very "weak".

I really enjoyed myself. The rooms were very clean and spacious. My children loved the pool area. Housekeeping was very friendly.

Comfortable hotel that is clean and conveniently located in Kissimmee. For the price its a good deal and recommended for short stays in Kissimmee.

Rooms accessed by exterior corridors, and larger than I expected. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had no protein (toast and coffee). Clean. CRT TV, broken remote finally fixed. Plumbing not modern but serviceable. Hair dryer died a lingering death. No problems with extra towels and soap but had to go get. Pool, kiddie pool and hot tub - family friendly. Restaurants, flea market next door, convenient. Had to request sheets changed but really good housekeeping staff. Small but serviceable refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave. Safe was a joke. Hotel looked like it had quite a few long term residents. Small delights - books to borrow or take away :) Useful laundry room but locked at 10 PM regardless of whether your clothes are still inside.

It was a fairly decent hotel and check in was smooth. The desk receptionist was very friendly at check-in and check-out. The area it was in wasn't the greatest, two smaller hotels were on either side of it and the residents over at those hotels were very noisy but not much the hotel could do about that. For some reason, I couldn't get the maid to take a tip at all despite leaving it for her in a clear location. Otherwise, the hotel suited my needs and if needed, I'd stay there again. I was up too early to take advantage of the free breakfast so I really can't say anything in regards to it.

I booked 2 rooms for a 10 nights stay for me and my adult daughter to share a room and my teenage son a room of his own. First impression was that it was a bit dingy/drab looking only because of the color scheme of the building is painted a dull navy and cream...come on Days Inn paint some life into the place with a bright orange or yellow..the place needs a brighter look some color to match the terrific weather. We went on to have a fantastic stay as the rooms are modern and clean...the rooms get cleaned/hoovered every day. The beds are big and comfy with crisp clean sheets. Loads of towels, shampoo and soap every day. The breakfast bar offers a continental breakfast free every morning and you can eat as much as you want with a choice of 2 healthy cereals, fruit bowl, toast with various spreads, porridge, yoghurt, fruit juices, tea and coffee.The swimming pool is great.... a good big size to have a lovely swim and warm and clean, perfect to cool down when sun- bathing around the pool in the sun loungers. We used the pool every day and night, it just adds to the perfect holiday. Other holiday makers and staff were really friendly and we made a lot of friends. The surrounding area has loads of good shops, cafes and restaurants and has an excellent bus service Linx 56 to Disney World @ $2 pp each way. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back. Excellent value for the price we paid. xx

Pulled up thinking no way in hell we are staying here. But I had already paid for room online. Had my husband and children with me and almost drove away and just said keep my money. We were all tired so I went in and asked to see the room, lady took a while to get key and take me to the room. She opened the door and I was like hey this is not as bad as it looks. Room was old ,things needed replacing and a mirrior was craked, but I think that it was the cleanest room I had ever seen.Looked as carpet had just been cleaned, fresh clean smell. So we gave it a shot. We woke up alive showered and packed up and left. Room fit us for our needs. Would not recomend for lady by herself. Do not know about any other rooms.
