I’ll begin by saying this has been my best experience at the falls so far! We had a view of both falls which was absolutely stunning. You could even see the view from the jet tub. My only issues were: we had to be switched rooms as the first room had a leaky toilet, there weren’t any instructions ...
What a beautiful place to stay. Yhe beds were do comfortable. Having the extra room to sit in and watch tv was great.
It was a great surprise! This hotel was so well maintained, beautiful finishes throughout, everything you need in your room & an amazing view! Will definitely be back!
Staff were great. Appreciate them being open during the pandemic and ensuring the safety of their guests.
The hotel looks nice and the rooms are nice as well. I found numerous hair strands on the bed and a long one under the toilet seat. Other than the hair it was fine.
