Good breakfast .. affordable price for the family.
Excellent stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
This is the best place to stay in Ottawa! It's centrally located, reasonably priced and has all the amenities you would need. We love the breakfasts and and the free laundry facilities. Since we have family in Ottawa, we'll be back a couple of times a year. Look no further than this place. It is the best kept secret in town.
Breakfast hot dishes excellent. Laundary facilities and room were very convenient and useable.

The business Inn is located in the city where there is lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. You get more for the price you paid.
The staff at the reception was very accommodating & the check-in process was very easy. My room was upgraded to a King size bed. The room is very spacious & clean. The location is very close to many eatery & walking distance to many tourists areas. I very much enjoyed my stay here & recommend it to anyone planning to visit Ottawa. Bon Voyage & have a wonderful vacation.
They provided an electric car charger when paying for parking. Staff was excellent and helpful with any needs.
Breakfast was good. We are early risers and would have liked to b able to get coffee in the breakfast room or the overflow room earlier than 8 AM.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
Well located with easy walk to city centre and ByWard Market area. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Property is very well maintained and equipped even with computer and printer in rooms. Breakfast area is small but very well supplied with a large variety of foods and premade good breakfast sandwiches.
Helpful and friendly staff. Parking is above ground and below at a reasonable price. Will definitely return on next trip to Ottawa.
Nice place..Own kitchen and Computer is an extra and was a good surprise..
Only drawback for me is its late check in..4pm is late for me knowing the check out time is 11am.

The rooms were very clean but dated. This is definitely a converted apartment building, not everything is convenient to get to depending on the floor you’re on, and the elevators are small. The breakfast was basic but decent - use the nespresso for coffee as the drip was weak.
The staff was great - very friendly and they were constantly busy as it was the May long weekend.
This was a sold choice - good location, a lot of extras like a lighted makeup mirror, jetted bathtub, balcony, garment steamer, desktop computer and printer in our suite with a giant tv in the living room area. Loved the proximity to the canal recreation path. Felt safe. Free breakfast was a bit of a zoo, but food was good, coffee was great. Staff were nice. There were 2 main elevators and building is big, so those saw a lot of traffic. Good value for the class of hotel. Suite was very large.
Totally impressed by this hotel! All the staff I dealt with were so friendly and helpful! Calvin at the front desk was so nice and helpful and patient. My room was amazing! The room furniture is older looking but in great shape. The room is super clean, spacious and it was more like a small apartment filled with great amenities. I had a full kitchen and sofabed and chair. The included breakfast was very good, way more than a continental breakfast, with warm egg sandwiches, muffins and fruit and espresso and regular coffee. The location of this hotel is great and is easily walkable to the Parliament buildings.I would definitely book this hotel again! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Ottawa and my stay at The Business Inn.
Your kitchen staff provided the guests with a variety of fresh breakfast options and one bag of complimentary snacks and one bottle of water. The room you provided for me is spacious, bright, clean and quiet. It’s just the two old air conditioners in my room are a bit noisy when they’re cooling. I checked out of your hotel at 11:00 am on May 22nd. Then I went to take a walking tour. At 9:00 pm, I came back to your hotel to pick up my suitcase that I left at your front desk. The front desk staff kept my suitcase for me until 9:00 pm. Your front desk staff are very helpful. Your hotel is located in the center of Ottawa. It only take 15-25 minutes on foot to reach the famous tourist attractions, such as the Parliament Hill, the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica and the Rideau Canal.I definitely will check in your hotel again for my next vacation. Are you providing a discount price for the frequently repeated guest?
Stay went very well, the staff are very accommodating. We were there for ORW and I am a very slow runner but the shower was still accessible and we stayed in our parking spot. See you in Sept
