"Decor was old fashioned Chinese style. Surrounding area was not attractive. Hotel behind (which we overlooked) was unkempt and, luckily for us, closed. Otherwise I hate to imagine the noise. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was pleasant. Laundry was a good bonus. Breakfast was a cold, continental one. Adequate for most but I am gluten intolerant ( medically diagnosed) and staff had no idea if any cereal they had was g/free. Did not even stock a loaf of g/f bread. My breakfast was a...

"Good varied breakfast. The two ladies who were there were very helpful and kept the breakfast area tidy"

"Dated motel.. clean with friendly staff. I was surprised how nice the washroom was, must have been recently renovated. Rest of the room was good.. what you might expect from a motel. Beds were clean and comfortable. The highway through Roger’s pass unexpectedly closed and Expedia gouged me on the price… near $200. I would stay here again, but not for more than $75-80. "

"The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the the worked - all things that would give it 5 stars in my books. The front staff went above and beyond to help me out. I sprained my ankle and called down to see if they had an elastic bandage to wrap it up. Not only did she bring me the bandage but brought me a bucket of ice and some icy blue cream to see if it would help. I am so impressed - definitely above and beyond!"

"Close enough to town and dirt cheap but you get what you pay for. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Floors are sticky, bathrooms are relatively clean. Can hear rats in the walls at night. If you just want some place for cheap for a night it’s better than nothing but just don’t expect much "
