Everything was so easy the staff were amazing, the rooms were spotless and amenities were excellent. I will definitely stay again.

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. Although this property is a little dated it was excellent. The place was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfy.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with our toddler. The apartment was spacious and immaculate. The hotel happily provided a portacot and highchair free of charge for our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely stay there again. Our only slight disappointment was the kitchen supplies - we cooked in a few times and found we needed more saucepans and sharper knives than were provided.
