The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Nice 4 night stay. Room was comfortable-no tv reception but a good on demand movie selection for relaxing in the evening. Food was good -pizzas and the Christmas is July buffet especially. Breakfast by the reef each morning was enjoyable. We saw lots of wildlife -whales, dolphins and even a sea turtle. There were lots of kids (school holidays).

Room felt modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly. Unique fish & bird viewing experiences occur organically while walking around the island. Favourite organised event was the coral conservation tour (book in). Kayaking was great and didn't need to be pre-booked. Both were free and easily accessible

This is still a great destination. Rooms are clean and spacious and grounds well maintained. The breakfasts were the big let down. Hot foods, eggs, bacon, etc were cold from the servery and coffee often only luke warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The staff make it, they are exceptional especially the marine biologists. Can’t thank them enough and the island has just enough to do for a 4 night stay to keep the kids busy. We willl be back.

Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it has actually gotten worse. It is a beautiful island with amazing views, our stay was good but could have been better. Oh and do not get the garlic prawn pizza it is just pizza base sauce & a few prawns so extremely disappointed when we got it.

The staff are amazing, always very professional, and well trained in hospitality. The property is lovely with great facilities, excellent food and drinks at the restaurants and bars and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and service recieved.

We loved our time at Daydream. The staff were lovely. There is so much or very little to do. Loved the snorkeling and the reef. The room was fabulous with the best view. Would be better with more affordable food options. Perfect holiday.
