The only thing going for this place is the water area. Other than that its an overpriced dump.

Where do I even start. Absolute worst experience ever. Booked 6 nights, didn’t even stay 1. Checked out almost immediately losing one nights accomodation and having to look elsewhere. The room was dirty & small, we were placed on the ground floor near the ramp to the pool and water park. The door was old and broken so our 2 year old was at risk of leaving outside at night into the pool areas. The first porta cot we were given was covered in faeces, snot and who knows what else. Repulsive. We were given bright yellow arm bands to wear the entire stay and advised if we removed them we would have to pay? Seriously? We were also informed of filming during our stay. When we raised concerns with the staff member at reception, we weren’t even listened to, just offered a refund of the balance minus one night (which we shouldn’t have even paid). There was no offer for a change of room, no apology. Nothing. I would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone. The whole thing should be knocked down! Do NOT waste your money. Overpriced and oversold.
