The staff are well-trained & know how to deal with people. They don't take it for granted working at a top hotel with one of the best views anywhere!
I would always suggest a Riverview room, as mine was spectacular. Even though there is construction going on at the hotel, the quality of the staff and luxuriousness of the rooms still stand out. Well done!
Easy walk to Sydney Int Airport terminal, friendly responsive staff.
For a budget hotel is such a fabulous location this is just great value. Very clean, efficient and friendly. Walk to Southern Cross station and trans to the Mall. Just across the bridge is Southbank.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative was ghe condition of the shower tile. Room 630 had black mold about the size of a half dollar in both corners. I brought this to the attention of the staff member who check us out.
