"Shower head in our room was half blocked and spraying everywhere, told reception and the onsite plumber came to fix straight away. Great rooms, not the easiest to get to from public transport bus that's for sure but not too bad location wise. Not much in the area really but close to the Ferry terminal. Still happy with our stay!"

"I was disappointed that the spa area was closed indefinitely which was not noted on the website. Also a toaster or microwave would have been awesome to have in the room. "

We stayed for 5 days and throughout our stay, nothing was a problem or too hard. The Hr person has got everything just right. Our rooms were very well appointed and cleanest that you might expect. We were very impressed with everything."
