I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card.

Great location and a great hotel! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a free drink as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay! It was the perfect location to explore Sydney and we would highly recommend!

Perfect for a short trip

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent gym and a nice lounge/work area at the top. The bed is also very comfortable. However, the rooms are small and offer little to no cupboards space. For a gym enthusiast on a short trip excellent, but maybe less ideal for longer stays.

This is a little gem of a place. We were in early with an unexpected diversion to Sydney from Singapore. Even though checkin was 2pm the beautiful staff gave us an upgrade and our room at 10:30am. It was brilliant and they were so super super lovely. Very handy location. Well resourced hotel.
