"Huge spa with pool bar- even in rainy weather ( most of our stay) kids played in pool while adults had cocktails in spa. Great place to make friends too. Very close to center of surfers, tram, beach so great options to do multiple activities a day. Eco option to forgo cleaning service for $10 credit a night. Only critical servive needed was clean towels and you end up with clean pools from pool daily. Lots of options for food and drink throughout the day (buffer is fantastic) and room service is really, really reasonable. Only downside was gym is being refurbished. As weather was not too hot i jogged on the beach in the morning instead but this would have been an issue had weather been hotter. The hotel did offer to cover cost of using World Gym a couple of blocks away had i wanted it. Would definitely stay again. Elaine "

"Fantastic stay. Great property and location, lovely staff - nothing was too much trouble even when we requested the bed to be separated as had requested two beds. All sorted quickly and efficiently. Can’t wait to go back and stay again. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay"

"The resort is great for families with children, this is my 4th time there over the years with my grandchildren, they love the outdoor pool and children's play area, you couldn’t pull them away, however the only complaint I have is that they close the breakfast buffet at 10:00am, sadly we didn’t get to have breakfast at the resort as my grandchild are late risers."
