A good value hotel handily located to the CBD. Our early arrival was cheerfully accommodated and we were able to walk straight into our room despite being hours before the official check-in. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Couldn't ask for much more for the price

Hotel reception is removed so you end up talking to a poor overworked lady on a monitor who really can do nothing except check you in. Room was clean and tidy. Handy location, just a short walk to tram stop.

I understand there are new owners of the motel which is basic and needs updating. Hopefully this is part of the future plan.
