Excellent stay!

Ladies Trip!Fantastic property. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Did some cooking, sat outside in the backyard at the table, quite peaceful and so enjoyable. Bedrooms had great mattresses and good storage for clothing. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay.

Great and quiet property!

This was a great updated duplex in a quiet neighborhood, for our recent visit to the Denver area. Plenty of space for our family of four, very clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We’d choose this property again, if doing another Denver trip.

Great stay in new Lakewood condo

This was our first time using a vrbo listing and it was great. The rental company was wonderful answering all questions. Great location for us going to game s at Mines.

Comfortable well-equipped home – good choice if you are going to Red Rock Amphitheater

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the house had everything you would need. Great place to stay for two couples, separate suites upstairs and downstairs. We also enjoyed the outside space, nice back yard. It is a good choice if you are going Red Rocks to see a concert. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice remodeled duplex. My party of 4 were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us, close to shopping, restaurants, and health care facilities. Many thanks to the owner for affording us flexibility on arrival and departure.

Loved this rental

We would 100% stay here again. We came to the area for a concert at red rocks. It was the perfect location! Close to the venue, short drive into the mountains for hiking, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds/bedding/towels. Definitely recommend!

Great location

We loved the location for all we were doing. Going to a Rockies game, Red Rock and up into the mountains for sightseeing. It was a little odd that there were no tvs upstairs. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were nice. We couldn’t get the sliding door for the bathroom downstairs to stay closed. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Quick & Easy

Stayed here to attend a 2-day concert at Red Rocks. The location was great with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The drive to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre was an easy 15 minute drive avoiding main roads and traffic. The neighborhood was tucked away in a nice quiet area. The house itself you can tell has been recently remodeled with a nice modern feel. Would highly recommend this property!

Rocky Mountain Winner!

My wife and I took our 18 year old son (and brought along our 12 year old twin daughters) to look at Colorado Christian University. This house was perfect for my family! Lots of space and tastefully decorated while being very practical. The host was excellent with communication and I would love to stay again! I give this property my highest recommendation!

Amazing place for Red Rocks Concert

We have stayed at many short term rentals throughout the US and Internationally. We were very impressed with every aspect of this rental. Many times the pictures don’t accurately depict the rental. This was the same but in a very GOOD way. It was very clean, well appointed and well thought out. The proximity to Ted Rocks Amphitheater was perfect. We will be back without a doubt!!

Perfect for families!

Traveling with our tween/teen kids is always a challenge. They’re too old to share beds/bedrooms and we’d certainly prefer a separate bathroom for mom and dad, and enough space so we can relax without having to make them pretend they’re in a library. Plus we all want a place that’s safe, clean and comfortable. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house was exactly as advertised, well appointed and in a nice neighborhood convenient to local sights and amenities. The hosts were gracious and responsive and were even able to accommodate us for an extra night when our plans changed mid-trip. Extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity. Highly recommended!

5 Star for the ground floor

The ground floor (with two bedrooms and 1 bath) was very comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked including a hand mixer. The way the A/C works, the basement with the master bedroom and bath is colder than the ground floor. There are plenty of blankets. Quite a bit of water leaked on the floor from the master bath shower due to a door that does not fit properly. We did notify the owner and hope this will be improved for future guests. The location was perfect for our family of 6 visiting friends in the area.

Denver stay

The rental was in a great location and updated nicely, but there were a few things that were not so great. On the main level, the bedroom with the bunk beds, the top bunk sheets had not been washed from the previous renters. The sheets were dirty & had a dirty sock in them at the bottom of the bed. Also the down stairs had a terrible smell with holes in the walls & the floor where the drain pipe was going down, was caving in.. The back yard was so nice though. Overall, the place was sufficient for what we needed it for & only stayed there to sleep.
