Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Worse staff and service

Hi, first of all I have paid them in cash so you can release my online hold money. Second thing is hotel staff and service were pathetic and unprofessional. Their hotel name is “om paradise” and online it shows something omnivore. It literally wasted my so much time to find out it through google map. Entire hotel was empty. Service was too bad. Staff was unsafe & cheaters. Me & my mom didn’t feel safe there. We took this accommodation due to pet friendly service. I am giving you honest reviews so others will not suffer as me
