Worst experience at Bellrose Hotel

Bellrose Hotel is Highly disgusting hotel in this area ... Do not make a mistake to ever stay in this hotel. No body bothers here for safety of Guests. I booked this hotel 3 days in advance with online payment and yet there is no proper room for me.. First they gave me 201 Room where AC & Wifi are both out of order. Then after special request they shifted me to another Room 403 , where main door lock and safe box both are out of order. Above all wifi is still showing no internet , because of which my room was shifted. Now I am stuck up in such a room where I can't even open the door lock of my own room with the card key. So everything I have to go down at the reception to send someone with master key card to open my door lock...
