Comfortable and great location!

We loved staying here, the apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was great for us to go all over Dallas and to visit the surrounding suburbs. Also, we loved the complimentary refreshments, it was a nice touch. Thanks for everything!

Good property in convenient location

Unit is nicely decorated and supplied. Convenient location near expressway. Unit is near light rail line, so noisy when trains pass. Overall apartment complex is dated.

Visiting our college age son

The apartment was in a very dated complex. The apartment itself was okay and the bed was comfortable. The apartment floor above was so loud that any time someone walked on it it was very loud. Residents were shouting and yelling at each other at 2 am for an hour the first night of our stay. We will not be staying there again.

Great apartment

The apartment was very cozy and extremely nice and clean.. I spent 3 weeks and it felt like home. The host is incredibly helpful and polite.

Pretty Nice

overall nice clean space, the speed bumps in the apartment complex are really annoying, but doesn’t really affect my opinion of the apartment itself, the neighbors above us were a bit loud but probably just the floor, the water pressure in the showerhead was bad; overall nice place for the money.

Never got in

The host never replied to me so i never got in. Had to look for a hotel at 9pm. Plus this property looks nothing like the outside pictures. This is an apartment complex. I do appreciate vrbo communicating and helping us out.

Communication was great. Dwelling was cozy and we would definitely consider staying again.

It was nice and met our needs. Bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels were still damp and need to be put in the dryer. The towels in the dryer were not dried and when cleaning the lint trap it was completely packed, as well as the inside of the dryer but once removed the dryer worked great and dried the couple loads of towels needed. Thank you for the accommodations, we would consider returning to this VRBO.

Your car will be tolled even though you park where you are told to park. There must be missed communication with the apartment management & VRBO.

Mediocre

Having stated in many vrbo properties this one was below the standard. It is an old apartment complex so there is only so much you can do with an old tired apartment. Lots of dust and grime on the bathroom baseboards, no hot water in the kitchen sink, tub was super slippery, mop left out on patio, no table to eat at and the barstools were too short for the bar counter. It said the kitchen was well stocked but I had to purchase a pasta strainer and thongs for the kitchen. The bathroom lacked decent toilet paper-it was one ply, so I purchased and a hand towel for the bathroom. There were only a couple of bath towels and wash clothes. I also had to purchase paper towels. There were only a few when I got there and no replacement roll. The bed sheets were super cheap microfiber. I would not stay here again.
