This Luxury 3,000 square foot home has Smart 4K TV's located around the house (Services provided) as well with the best high speed internet found in Plano. There is a spacious pool and spa located in the back to enjoy the cold winter days!

Located in a great neighborhood and right in the middle of all needed! Minutes away from Legacy West with great dinner spots, shopping centers and close enough to head through North Dallas!

Quick access to: Toyota Stadium, Cowboys HQ, & Dallas airports.

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor as well as 2 full bathrooms, then upstairs there is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

There is a dedicated work space in the master bedroom.

Dallas family party

The house was very roomy and comfortable. Its location was perfect for our needs. It is showing more wear and tear than expected. We did not use the pool because it looked worn or dirty. We did use the hot tub and the directions for use were clear. I had several questions for the owner and his response was prompt. We had a nice stay

Very grateful experience.

I did a little dinner with my family and friends (+12 people) and it was something extraordinary, we’ll like to comeback in a future. I will recommend it to anyone. Kyle and Jen are great hosts!

Unfortunately could not stay at property, as A/C was malfunctioning and was above 80 degrees inside the home. Despite communicating with both owners and VRBO, we are still trying to a refund of our costs under the VRBO guarantee due to uninhabitable premises. Currently, owners (per VRBO) not responding. Family Luau

The hosts were quick to respond with any issues. It worked well for our family luau. There was not a big grill on site as pictured only two small charcoal grills. We made them work. The rug in the family room kept coming up on the edges which our elderly family members had to use extra caution when passing so they wouldn’t trip and injure. Rug need to be removed or taped down securely. The pool was fine could use a little paint touch up. The inside was smaller than appeared in photos, furniture could use some updating. Master bathroom was very nice.There were some minor areas that could use some attention but overall it was good for our family.

Definitely a rental property

The good: lots of space, nice kitchen, comfortable pool, easy check in. Cute place. Air hockey was fun. Master suite very luxurious. The bad: occasional roaches in at least two of the bathrooms, not enough linens for the beds advertised, poorly equipped kitchen (no cutting board or can opener, for example) Kind of run down in places, like the fence needs repair. Mostly this seemed like a rental house advertised for more people that it is equipped for. There were four chairs for the dining room table, and we cleaned off a couple more we found in the garage, but had to spread out into three rooms for meals. There were not enough dishes for even a single meal for our group so be prepared to buy paper plates. Supposedly this place sleeps 14 but only if you have people on couches with no bedding.

Very communicative/open to feedback, but missing a lot

One thing we immediately noticed was that there were many many things one would expect that weren't there or were not working in the house (such as kitchen essentials, clocks, tissue boxes, not enough chairs, bathroom mats, mirrors and trashcans in bedrooms, and general lighting in the house). That being said, when we reached out about some of the things that were missing, Kyle and Jen were incredibly responsive and willing to quickly get those things, which we greatly appreciated. I trust that they will add necessities to the house and continue to be responsive to their guests! There were also a lot of ants and some roaches at the house throughout our trip (but it is Texas).

Christmas with Family

Our family had a wonderful time! We had plenty of room and even hosted Christmas day for all our family that included the Dallas gang. We put up some long card tables with the existing dining room table and sat 20 people comfortably. The owners were very accessible and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The house was so luxurious. There were limited things. The trash can was full so we tried to stuff it the way we could, the dishwasher was also not run from the previous visitors so we ran it but we washed all our dishes. The pool was not clean. Also we didn’t have enough supplies in the kitchen
