Enjoy community activities and full use of the amenities;  Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts, Marina, Boat Ramp, Private Convenience Store, Children's Pool, Bath Houses, Laundry Facilities, Fish Cleaning Station, Horseshoes, Ping Pong, Children's Play Area, Bocce Ball, 24 Hour Gated Security, Salt Water Swimming Area, Recreation Hall and Pickle Ball Court. Only 20 minutes from Key West where you find more things to do. Just bring your swimsuit, great attitude and enjoy. VO REGISTRATION FEE $125.00 DUE UPON ARRIVAL. Overflow parking for boat trailers and extra vehicle is available for an additional fee and is available on a first come first serve bases and is not guaranteed.

Hope We Get a Chance to Come Back!
Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. It was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The towels were plentiful, soft and luxurious. Linens were also very soft and comfortable. Everything needed for basic cooking was provided. Some of the decor shows a bit of wear, but that didn't bother us. It was a nice surprise to find a small basket of treats waiting in the kitchen. Location in the community was very convenient. It was only a short walk to the heated pool. Also great location for exploring the Lower Keys. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the Keys.

When asked about key and issue using it to lock and unlock door, was informed by management that it would be replaced but never occurred. Additionally, I was charged an extra $125-150 to stay there which was explained as the association fee which I learned about after purchase and closer to arrival date.

There’s a lot left to be desired
The good-The location is nice. The bad-was notified upon receiving check in instructions there’s a $113 resort fee when I check in. The place smells like a musty basement. The large air conditioner vents are covered in mold. The bathroom is tiny with barely enough room to move. Would not recommend this place, nor would I stay here again.

Cut short
The property was clean, sunny, airy, old. The flies were a problem. I purchased flypaper but not a help. The air conditioning could not be turned off or lessened over my head while sleeping so I caught an awful chest cold ( hopefully not mold from the ancient air conditioner.) the bath/ shower faucets were not working properly and it took minutes to find the correct positioning to turn them off after a nice shower experience. All in all a fine time, just little details and I left a day early because of illness. Sorry I couldn’t be more excited about the stay. Not impressed with the Keys.
