Beat the heat

No frills cabin in heart of Crestline. Perfect location to walk to stores, dinner, grocery store and bar. Pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of space for our pup in cabin.

We booked the deluxe room and as soon as we walked in you could smell the cleanliness, we loved the fireplace (even though we didn't need to us it), and the beds were so comfy, we slept great. Check in was easy and we were treated friendly and felt welcome. The Crestline cafe was a short 2 minute walk were we had a delicious breakfast. We would definitley stay at this hotel again.

Accommodating and convenient

I was very pleased with accommodations! Location was close to the lake as well as maket and oth amenities. The staff was friendly and available for the most part. Had a small toilet issue late in the evening which attended to as best as could be under the circumstances. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is the best! Had a fantastic experience there. Walkable to all sorts of food and shops. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They made our stay memorable. I highly recommend you check them out! Dog friendly. You can preorder fire wood and even flowers in your room when you arrive. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Sleepy Hollow staff!

Nostalgic, brought back memories. Ginger worked with me to correct errors made by booking, so it was not a problem, where it could have been. Went out of her way to make the experience very pleasant. Thank you. I was very comfortable and relaxed. Stay here again in a minute!

Rustic charm with modern touches. Clean rooms but a bit noisy being just off the main city road. Site, Hotels.com, needs to upgade check-in time stated as 2:00pm. Saw clear sign at office that check-in was 3:00pm. Had to wait in car for an hour. Was one key decision point too!

A very rustic laughable Gregory’s cabine (😅)

We got the Greg’s den for the terrasse but if you want rustic…. Well … paying $260 for a night for a place in such state.. just want to warn the people. Look at the pictures. It’s hilarious! We had a good laugh though! On a positive note: the bed was comfy but couldn’t read a book in there as the light is so low… and the pool and jacuzzi was ver clean. I left the cabin impeccable as I always feel for the maid’s job.

The night manager was the best part of the entire experience. He was extremely pleasant. 1 out of 4 bulbs worked in the chandelier. Broken outlet covers, tile that didnt meet the side of the tub, oddly placed television, all added to a unique experience i cant really recommend. Again the manager was great. We arrived after 7 pm and truth be told i fought the urge to just leave once we got in the room. If it had been earlier i likely would have. The bed was comfortable was the highlight.

It was definitely cost effective. It was located by multiple good restaurants and was very close to the lake. They have very strict dog rules. Not sure if they are really enforced as another guest had his dog roaming the parking lot during out entire stay. Dogs cannot be left alone in your room at any point (even in a kennel). This made it impossible for us to us the pool as our dog had to always be with us but was not allowed in the pool area. Not the end of the world, but it was a little disappointing. Our biggest issue was that the door to our room was incredibly hard to unlock.

Horrible customer . Front desk never answered pool did not worked checked in was at 3 pm expecting to be at the pool And pool unavailable. Lake sold out. Contacted fronts desk they never answered. Never again coming back DO NOT RECOMMEND owner had no sympathy and did not care ignored us as we asked about the pool. Worst experience ever! A getaways from our work routings turned out to a nightmare. Its was expensive to be just stuck in a hot room.
