Beautiful house in Cologne, for up to 10 people. A large private garden.

The house offers sleeping facilities for up to 10 people. A large bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room are on the ground floor. Another three double rooms and a single bed room are on the upper floor.
The single room is a through room has no door, but a curtain.
The bathroom and toilet are separate from each other. There is another toilet in the laundry room if one is not enough.
The kitchen has the necessary equipment, including two coffee machines, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove and oven.
There is a large private garden with garden furniture and a grill, perfect for having breakfast in the fresh air or just relaxing for a day.
There is parking for 4 cars at the house.
Free Wi-Fi (50 Mb / S) is available.
The key is locked in a safe, to which you receive a personal code to complete the booking. So that's often annoying
Handing over the keys is no longer an issue and the visitor can arrive at any time. Nevertheless, we are always available to help with questions and problems.

Schöne Auszeit in Köln
In einem schönen Haus konnte ich mit Freunden ein tolles Wochenende in Köln genießen. Ein weiteres Badezimmer oder WC würde sicher nicht schaden, abgesehen davon ein top Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Tolles Haus in Köln
Das Haus für 10 Personen (5 Zimmer Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche) entspricht voll und ganz der Anzeige im Portal. Es ist auch gut für Kleinkinder geeignet, da ein großer Garten zu Verfügung steht. Durch seine prima Lage kann mit Fahrrad oder ÖPNV das Zentrum oder anderes prima erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war bestens. Daher kann ich dieses Haus auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

Super schönes Airbnb - perfekt für ein Wochenende mit Freunden
Wir waren als größere Freundesgruppe für zwei Nächte dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schönes Haus mit süßen Zimmern und tollem Garten. Auch die Kommunikation war ganz unkompliziert. Uns hat sehr gefallen - gerne wieder! :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Für die Kinder ist der Garten super gewesen. Es war genug Besteck/Handtücher etc. für alle 10 Personen da. Das Haus war sauber. Es hat alles gepasst. Nur leider gab es nur eine Toilette - was leider anders in der Anzeige stand. Das war etwas schwierig mit 6 teilweise kleinen Kindern. Aber die Kommunikation war nett, als wir uns beschwert haben. Für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen kann man das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We had a very nice stay in this house, the area is nice and quiet and close to the city center. Our dog enjoyed it very much as well, he could play in the big garden and there is a very nice park at a few minutes walking from the house. Would book again!

Gemütliches kleines Häusschen :) war super schön und liebevoll gemacht. Was etwas doof ist, ist das auf der Toilette kein Waschbecken ist - was man aber geregelt bekommt. Gut zu wissen finde ich, dass die zweite Toilette im Keller ist, den man nur erreicht, wenn man um das Haus läuft. Sonst alles super 👍🏼 Ausstattung top, ist alles da, was man braucht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum zufrieden
Nettes Häuschen mit netter Vermieterin. Wir sind runum zufrieden. Die Straße lang durch geht es in einen PArk mit Spielplatz, für uns perfekt. Der ehemalige Pool im Garten ist schade, weil im Garten viel Raum verschenkt wird, zum Glück war es aber bei unseren Kindern kein Problem mit rein fallen. Sollte es uns mal wieder nach Köln verschlagen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Check-in hat super geklappt und auch der Aufenthalt war gut. Köln City ist mit dem Bus und der S Bahn in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm. Handtücher lagen bereit und das Haus war auch sehr sauber. Wir haben allerdings festgestellt, dass der Fernseher im Wohnraum wohl einen defekt hat? Die rechte Seite war nicht einsehbar und auf der linken Seite des Bildschirms ist eine Linie(?). Zudem war das Treppengelände sehr wackelig. Da müsste man wahrscheinlich noch mal mit Werkzeug fester anziehen. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer ging nicht richtig an. Aber ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön.

Wir haben das Haus für einen Junggesellinnenabschied gebucht und es war absolut perfekt. Der Garten ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet und es fehlt an absolut nichts. Check in super unkompliziert. Würden da immer wieder hin! :)

Wie zuhause
Unsere "Großfamilie" hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem gemütlichen Haus, in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Auch für die Kinder war dank Puppenwagen, Teddybär, Hochstuhl etc. bestens gesorgt. Sollte sich wieder eine Gelegenheit für ein Familientreffen im Raum Köln finden, werden wir gern wieder bei Julia wohnen!
