Quant river front home with pier, and beach. Bring your fishing gear, cooler and chairs for a relaxing stay. The house has 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, a third bedroom 2 twin beds! The kitchen is well stocked, family room has a great view with access to a screened porch that leads out to a deck overlooking the Wicomico River. The island has 3 restaurants to choose from, a lovely grocery store and a golf course is close by.

Our stay at The Gale House was perfect from beginning to end. The house was so clean upon arrival and everything was as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked (including coffee) and plenty of room to spread out. We were in town for a wedding so it was so nice to have a place to relax. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a family party at Captain Johns and then had smaller gatherings at house on Cobb Island. This house was beautifully located on Wicomico River-direct waterfront with small beach. We paddled, swam, fished, and enjoyed the comfort of the well organized, clean, and modern kitchen. It was a pleasure to stay here and great value. Thank you, Terri

The setting of this home is everything! Spacious yard and access to the water for fishing and wading. It was splendid! Home is very clean and very easy to get to. Jane was super responsive and provided good recommendations for us. Easy location to get to Buds Motorcross Track which is why we were there (my daughter college Baja SAE competition!) We had 3 generations in the home and we all had our own space. Very lovely accommodations and a place I would definitely return to if I have to be back in the area.
