Rooms need some TLC. One of the light fixtures was rusted. Lots of dings and paint chips in the room that look like they’ve been there for a while. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. I was room 1109.

Great location, very quiet with a lake view. Free shuttle service within a mile radius, all the staff members were extremely friendly & helpful. Bathrooms need some updates but it wasn't a deal beeaker. I'd definitely stay here again

Upon entering main lobby, there is an odd odor. It might be cleaning chemicals, laundering, or pesticides. Not so noticeable later as we got used to it. Additionally, many areas are poorly cleaned or maintained. Dust and dirt in the elevators and hall carpeting. Staff was attentive and friendly. I was surprised that a Hilton facility so vital to the local tourism was so worn and unkept.

Walking distance to Rock Hall of Fame. Staff was very friendly, special to note Carl the shuttle driver who is the best. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Noise level at night is quite high from the nearby trains and airport.

The front desk staff , shuttle drivers , bartenders were excellent, professional, friendly , knowledgeable and more than accommodating. A group of 8 true New Yorkers left saying we had the best time and the double tree lakeside staff made our time enjoyable, we highly recommend this location .

Hotel is run down and kind of dirty. Only one outlet in the room worked and fridge was broken. Staff seemed overwhelmed. I would not stay here again.

Staff were great. But initially had to wait to leave our room due to our door would not lock. Closet door handle was broken. Shower had extremely slow drain so it left you standing in ankle deep water. Just expected more for the price I paid.
