What a great place for wintertime fun for the whole family. This was wonderful. We loved the open space of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. It was a wonderful place to chill and watch the snow falling while spending time as a family.

Disliked: Communication
Simple customer service
The space was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, utensils, and dishes of all types. The appliances were relatively new and functional. We loved being able to fit everyone at one table. What wasn't there? Enough hand soap and dishwasher soap. Decent quality toilet paper. The worst part about not supplying enough dishwashing detergent was that it seemed to have happened before: seven or eight glasses had dried-on guck, probably from being run through the dishwasher without dish soap. The heat dry cycle really can bake grit onto a glass! Twelve people stayed for three nights so we ran the dishwasher at least once a day, and a couple of days, we ran it twice. Two pods wasn't going to cut it!There was one bathroom with two sinks for 7 people -- and only one tiny hand soap. The other thing that puzzled me was the communication style of the owner.- While packing, I asked about the kind of kitchen equipment they had. They said they would check, but never got back to me.- The owner said to let them know if there was anything we needed. I asked if they could provide additional hand soap and dishwasher soap. They promised to deliver additional supplies, and then didn't.- They gave contradictory information about check-out procedures. The space was nice, the view was beautiful and the house felt private, but just a few thoughtful touches and basic customer service would have improved our experience greatly.
