Located right on Sumner Esplanade you can walk across the road to the beach, its also a 5 minute walk to the local cafes and restaurant.
Brand new 1 bedroom studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen and spacious comfortable living area. This is completely separate from the main house as its over the garage.
