To begin with, when we arrived the place was deserted with no trespassing tape around the whole property and the roof was caved in. Had to go across the street to the Comfort Inn to stay the night. By the way, the Comfort Inn gets a 5 star review for all categories. Please refund my money for the Days Inn that does not exist.

The exterior looked a little more dated than the picture but the room was very nice and well kept. The manager was very pleasant and I would stay here again.

My stay at the Days Inn, Chipley

The room was very nice and clean. The area of the motel where my room was located could have been a little nicer. The issue I had with my stay was the squeaky floor of the room above my room. The drive into the motel was a little hard to find because it was not marked. Overall, my stay was very comfortable and quiet. The management was very nice.

Last resort

The room was decent, but the king size mattress was horrible, couldn’t sleep well & woke up with back pain. We were the first ones to have breakfast. Cereal was stale, orange juice was bad, and the apple juice was warm. The man at the front desk tells me to walk across the street to another hotel to get a drink. The only good thing that happened is that the room was available when I was too tired to drive anymore.

We were traveling through on a cross-country move and I called ahead to be sure I could park the Uhaul and wouldnt have issues with our ESA dogs who are well trained and stay in their crates and the front desk guy gave me crap about it when we arrived. He nearly charged me and send us walking but I argued until he remembered our phone call. Very rude front desk guy.

Hello, check-in was easy and quick. Everything was very clean in the office and room. There was plenty of hot water, the towels and linens were very clean. Fridge and microwave plus coffee maker. Note: it's not a brand-new place so some features like plumbing fixtures or light covers may not match, but everything nicely painted

Stay it’s extremely clean & comfortable!

The Front Desk attendant which also made the coffee (great job!) & set up the continental breakfast was extremely courteous & helpful. The property and rooms are very clean, bed & bedding are new & very comfortable, king room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was very clean but needs a refresh, toilet was loose from the base but otherwise it was the best spent $70. for a good night sleep along our roadtrip. It’s just off of the exit & 5 min from Falling Waters State Park. 9/10 in it’s category.

There was no hot water in my room. I found a comb in the bed in the sheets and blankets. Owner charged me extra to switch rooms because he tried to put me in a room that was basically in an alley hallway. Felt very unsafe with a 2 year old. Every thing was a $10 a day extra charge. Just a nasty room…

Room was clean and neat, but looked like there was still some minor maintenance that needed to be completed (a wall patch that still needed painting, a cracked bathroom sink that probably should be replaced), but overall it was just what we needed for a weekend event in town. Only staff interaction was at check in, but she was really sweet.

Not so good

We are a family of four and we were traveling through and just needed a place to stay the night. We were hoping this would be good for us but not so much. When we got to the room, the air was not on so it was very very hot. We had to wait awhile for the room temp to get to a good comfortable sleeping temp and with young kids, it was harder for them to cool off and go to sleep. The bathroom had tiles that were not all the way down to the floor and you could easily cut yourself on one of them. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness of everything. We got a roll away for our youngest and it was really not good quality at all but we made it work. The one positive thing is that the actually beds were pretty comfortable!
