About this property
Designer House in Peaceful Provence Village
- This wine lover's old stonehouse is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Chateauneuf's old village, close to the castle and a few meters from the 11th century church. The interior decoration is contemporary following an architectural renovation in 2014.
The house is set in a very private courtyard with a plunge pool, 3 sun decks with shaded areas and an outdoor entertainment area with BBQ. Inside the house features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux.
The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for events, parties, photoshoots and films . Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village.
