Within walking distance to the best of Charleston coffee, restaurants and the vibrant scene on King Street. With 2 King bedrooms, you'll live as a local with brand new furnishings throughout.

The Space:
This is a 2BR/2BA condo within a 6BR house. Everything pictured is private to this listing, besides the porch and the driveway. This home was completely renovated using high-end materials, so while you maybe sharing the house with other groups you will never know they were there!

The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Memorial weekend 2025

We have a wonderful visit and loved our bright and open unit in a classic Charleston house. Quiet neighborhood but easy walk to everything in the downtown and historic district. Many thanks to our host.

walkable to all of Charleston spots. sleeps 6 adults with blow up mattress, only 2 beds In a college area, noisy at night. very functional ,clean but not exceptional.

Charleston Charm

Went to Charleston to celebrate a 60th birthday and had a wonderful time! The property is in walking distance of everything! The management company was extremely responsive and keeps the property clean and maintained.

A Wonderful Ling Weekend

This property is well appointed with a great downtown location. It’s close enough to upper King Street but with a two block buffer giving access but a bit more peace and quiet. We appreciated that both bedrooms had king beds.

Wonderful Trip to Charleston

This place was perfect for us! We want to stay close to shops and restaurants. We did use Ubers when needed. Didn’t drive our car. Great place and location.

Great spot in Charleston

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is great for all activities on King Street, it's just a short walk. The home was very clean, had everything we needed for a great stay. One word of caution on the parking. The parking for the unit is very tight and you have to travel down a narrow driveway to get to it. We were able to get our large SUV into the parking spot, but due to the very small parking space, were not able to get the vehicle out until the car parked next to us was moved.

An extra night

This place was super cute and comfortable! The layout was nice and the beds were great! Wish there a little more sound buffer between the units, didn't know there was another apartment next door until the morning. We would have been a little more quiet upon checking in if we had known. Otherwise, the area was super convenient to everything. I will for sure stay here again.

Charming Charleston Stay!

The property was extremely clean and centrally located--Within walking distance to King street and all the best restaurants! Property management was very friendly and informative re: check-in and check-out process. They kept the unit EXTREMELY clean and reached out to see if there were any ad-hoc requests they could manage for us. Highly recommend this property and WILL return for a future visit!!!! FIVE STARS!

The location was ideal. My husband can't take long walks and we were able to find plenty in the neighborhood. Also, the rental team responded immediately when we were confused about the door code. It was our error.

Cute place!!

Great location! Very cute and unique place! Beds were super comfortable! We only have a few negatives. The parking is super super tight. The living room is a little difficult to sit comfortably with 4 people. And the water pressure in the showers are not good. But I would absolutely stay here again! I am just trying to be very transparent, but overall it is a very cool place!
