Good quality Chamonix Sud duplex, fully renovated to high standards.

The upstairs contains a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

The downstairs has an open plan dining/living area plus a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a balcony with a stunning Mont Blanc view. This property can be matched with a number of others in the same Chamonix Sud area for larger groups.

This apartment benefits from free underground parking (limited, available on reservation),and free wifi.

Please note that, due to their fantastic central location, Chamonix Sud apartments can occasionally be subject to outside noise. This apartment does however benefit from being located on the top floor and is away from the main hustle and bustle of the square.
