Olive oil, the best wines of Italy, festivals, fresh food, blue flag beaches, breathtaking mountains, arts and crafts, museums, historic castles with folklore, holy sites and processions, and townspeople who readily take you filled in her heart. This is the city and its surroundings Cepagatti. On Monday you can hike the vast Campo Imperatore region and feel the peace and serenity of being alone with nature; on Thursday to hear and possibly fluctuating elbows with people, world class blues or jazz in an open space collision. Abruzzo is a region of wonders and a world of discovery. It is only 2 hours east of Rome for convenient day trips to the Eternal City, and away from access to the airport. The airport or train station in Pescara, in the region's commercial capital, has good connections to Venice, Florence, Bologna, Ancona, Naples and Milan, so you can live a tour of vibrant cities in Italy with the tranquility and authenticity of life combine locals, tourists not. The good location of the house offers the possibility to organize tourist visits in the most important places of historical, cultural and religious interest: The archeological museum "Civitella" in Chieti, the museum "Dannunziano" in Pescara. The "National Park of Abruzzo," the "Gran Sasso National Park", the "Parco Regionale SIRENTE VELINO" and the "LAGA MOUNTAIN" are all natural trails. The religious most interesting places are: Monastery San Camillo "in Bucchianico the" Santuario di San Gabriele "Isola del Gran Sasso (Te) that" SANCTUARY Eucharistic Miracle "in Lanciano, the" Sanctuary of the Madonna dei Miracoli "in Casalbordino, the" SANCTUARY DEL Volto Santo "in Monoppello (Pe) and the lovely" CHURCH S. LIBERATORE "in Serramonacesca (Pe). Welcome to a different kind of holiday in Italy House. Cepagatti old town, 15 minutes from the mountain and the sea (Adriatic) well connected by roads and public transport, nice and cozy house, 2 storeys. Newly renovated, offers sunny house in the old town walking ability, the different target. The top floor location gives plenty of light, making it a cheerful, cozy house. The ground floor has bedroom with wood design, bathroom, another small room with a bathroom and kitchen with all appliances .On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and balcony overlooking the Gran Sasso and the private bathroom. The apartment is centrally located, so you can easily all be reached on foot - 100 m to supermarket, bar, restaurant, bakery, ice cream, post office, several banks, grocery stores, butcher shops, pharmacies, bakeries, and a weekly market (every Sunday). You can make tourism vacation from the house and explore the Abruzzo region (beaches, hiking trails, skiing, festivals, restaurants with delicious food). By car, you also have the opportunity to visit the neighboring towns of adorable Pescara, Penne, Chieti and Loreto Aprutino. Cepagatti is surrounded by mountains, from where you surround a breathtaking view of the "Gran Saso mountain range". The good situation in this region, you can (about 20 minutes) to reach both the mountains and the Adriatic Sea.
Three national parks, a regional park and more than thirty (30) nature reserves, representing more than 33% of the total protection of the Abruzzo and preserves a large number of animal and plant species, data that the Abruzzo attributed the primacy of Europe's Green Region. It is proposed in a perfect blend of Alpine and Mediterranean, are in fact 130km from the coast, the two highest mountain ranges of the Apennines contrast: the Gran Sasso and the Majella .On Tracing an overview of the key elements that the characterize province of Pescara, one can not help but historical-religious, archaeological and natural spread of the "treasures" in the inner part of its territory, particularly in the areas in the Gran Sasso National Park-Laga and the Majella National Park included. And 'here, in fact, that you'll be by the many magnificent abbeys (San Clemente a Casauria, improved with the famous portico of the abbot Leonate, San Liberatore a Maiella, through a spectacular floor mosaics from the twelfth century, Santa Maria fascinated di Arabona, stored with the tabernacle and the Easter candle and valuable inside St. Bartholomew, and with the magnificent decoration of the portal to only the most famous call), which played a decisive role for the economic development of the territory in which they arose, thanks to the great mobility of goods and persons between the thirteenth fifteenth century favored. And it's still on the Majella (2795 m.), In antiquity as mountain-mother worshiped and is defined by Petrarch "Domus Christi", hiding in the folds of his robe lush, spectacular and inaccessible retreats (S. Onofrio at Serramonacesca, S. Bartolomeo in Legio, S. Spirito a Majella, St. John all'Orfento, S. Onofrio all'Orfento, some of which also gave the liberation of the soul from Pietro da Morrone infested before Pope Celestine V) and among the most important archaeological sites in the region (the Cave of Pigeons Bolognano, holy Hercules, where there is some evidence of cultic celebrations already in the Neolithic), graves rock in the fairytale landscape of the river Alento and landscapes drawn amazing set Nature and Wildlife (dell'Orfento Valley Nature Reserve and Nature Reserve Orta Valley). Obviously, from the perspective of tourism, is of fundamental importance for the economy of the province of Pescara Majella. In fact, in addition to abbeys, monasteries, archaeological sites and natural paradises already mentioned, in the Piedmont and mountains the small province are famous spa (Caramanico Terme and, to a lesser extent, Popoli) and charming medieval villages of incomparable beauty.

Nicoletta was a wonderful hostess, she answered all our questions promptly and gave us suggestions as to where to go during our stay. The apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults, plenary of room to spread out. Many amenities for cooking and relaxing.

Zero acqua e zero acqua calda
