***LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY*** Welcome to our magnificent luxury family-friendly home nestled in Surrey. Enjoy large idyllic gardens with a BBQ patio, a pool table, and an open fireplace. Kids will love the outdoor play areas, swings, trampoline, and bikes available. You can even bring your furry friend, subject to agreement with the owner. A cot is also available.

This spacious retreat sleeps up to 8 guests, including 3 children with 4 bedrooms and a further double sofa bed in the playroom, and three bath/shower rooms (two en suite). The designer open-plan Sitting / Dining room, large playroom, and fully equipped kitchen provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Relax in the designer master bathroom suite with a jacuzzi and steam room shower. The walking-in wardrobe room adds convenience and luxury. Board games provide indoor entertainment.

Ideal for one big family, our stylish contemporary place features high-speed WIFI, a dedicated workspace, and a garden perfect for outdoor activities. Quiet hours (9pm-8am) ensure a peaceful stay in this residential area. Nearby, discover local shops, restaurants, and attractions like Godstone Farm and Surrey Hills for scenic walks.
