Things to know before you book:
The house is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This home is only suitable for quieter groups. We expect our guests to conduct themselves with respect to the neighborhood accordingly.

• No Parties or Events allowed
• No smoking (including vaping) is allowed on or inside of the property, including the front and back yards.
• Maximum overnight guests: 8
• Minimum age to primary guest: 24
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in loss of part or all of your deposit.
Check-in / Check out:
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. Our home is secured with a digital lock, and each guest receives a personalized code. We will send your code with entry instructions one day before your arrival.
In addition to the keypad lock you will be provided with a key to the lower lock. We ask that you lock the lower lock as well as the keypad every-time you leave the house.
