The service was exceptional! From checkin to bar service we were very impressed. We were given a promotion upon booking of $1000 resort credits - if you wanted to use them you had to spend money which overall was a scam to get you to book so be weary of these promotions. We had a few issues with our room and it was fixed immediately! The app they use is a bit sluggish but does get the job done. If you are a beach ocean person this is not the place to go. Very little beach and ocean is very shallow and rocky and tons of weeds that they don’t remove like normal resorts. Overall if you lounge around the pool this is a good place to stay!

Would be much appreciated if there were control for iguanas from coming to footpath almost stepped on one by accident and this happend twice. And a hanger for the shower room would be great. Thank you

The swim up bars are great. Property could stand to be upgraded but its holding its own. Food was decent. Although i think it could've added the basics like burgers, chicken tenders, etc The worst part was being harassed from the staff about booking restaurants or massages ot becoming a member. I get them wanting to book restaurants because people show up last minute and are angry about the wait. The massage guy literally asked me 3-5 times a day. I told him I'd talk to my wife and he was trying to go to the room and find her to book it. I really felt like i was on the hollywood strip with vendors saying "buy buy buy"

This was a huge disappointment to our group, the facilities are nice and rooms were spacious and clean. The food was not good at all, poor service and no available bottle water except in your room. They only serve beer from tap and only offer one brand. No ability to purchase or order different beer. They have more salesman on staff than servers. Stay away!!
