Main floor open concept consists, Living, Dining and very modern kitchen with brown maple cabinets and white glazed doors, granite counter tops. The upgraded vinyl plank flooring in neutral tone color complements the neutral wall paint colour. Lower 2 levels consists of Family Room with cozy fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath.
This property is very ideal for a large family, groups of family friends, or groups on conferences or visiting Calgary together for celebrations, Calgary Stampede, etc. This is a unique 4 level split with short stairways (handicap friendly). There is an aura of home away from home feeling throughout the home. Large Living room and Family room with TVs, allow for complete relaxation for many guests on separate floor levels.
