"Breakfast was soo so, scrambled eggs so dry and look like made the day before, potatoes no taste good. The attention was excelent. The Restaurants at the second floor was so good."

"The rooms were clean, nice linens. Valet staff was awesome. Our two biggest issues were 1) 3 of my family members got the hot breakfast buffet and al 3 got food poisoning. I only had the continental breakfast and did not get sick. 2) pool and beach seating is a nightmare. Towels were placed on all the chairs by 7 am and most of the seats were not occupied by people until 11 or later. It is very disappointing that Royal Sonesta allows people to hold chairs when most other hotels have gone away from that. Our only option was to go late in the day - after 2 to find seats. "

"The hotel is an older hotel. Renovations were made on the lobby area and first floor but the rooms and hallways have seen better days. There are two elevators in the lobby area but one of them was out of service the entire time I stayed at the hotel. "

"Great location if you want to be close to the airport. I would say that price is high for the quality of this place. We stayed here twice because we needed to get to the airport. It was nice to have a restaurant right there and the kids liked the pool. There was air condition and the beds are decent, the staff were friendly and I would stay again but I felt the cost was too high compared to other nicer places we stayed at in PR. However, I think the main reason for this is the proximity to the airport. If you need that, this is a good option. "
