"This was my 3rd visit…Yes, I would return. For the most part, Everyone is so nice and professional with the exception of the gentleman working the front desk Tuesday, 5/12/26. My brother was coming to visit me from the other side of the island and out of courtesy I asked if he could shower in my room because it would have been ridiculous if he had to go back home to come back after for the evening, after a day at the beach. This guy was so arrogant and started giving a whole explanation of why not. Needless to say… I stayed that evening but went someplace else for an extra day. That establishment/hotel took me in with open arms… I paid whatever extra fees and my brother came back and we were able to enjoy the amenities and left with a pleasant experience."

"Staff was so amazing and helpful! Really nice to have luggage storage! Property and rooms itself need some work but saw a lot of maintenance workers working on the place so assuming they’re doing that!(:"

"When I arrived I kept contacting the staff to make aware of my arrival. Finally another person that was staying open the gate so I can sit and wait. Finally got in contact. The parking is bad you can’t park across in that side street police says it’s a no parking area. They were giving tickets. So you’re driving around loooking for parking at night. You rent a car only to have it parked bc if you move it there’s no parking for you. No canopy upstairs they took it down . I have stayed many times and it’s been ok but this time I wasn’t happy. Someone was up at 7 am yelling in the hallway and pulling on her door bc of lock she was so obnoxious."

"I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation a day out would have been a possibility but when I asked it was declined because "i booked with a third party" made no sense to me but whatever. The worst thing about the hotel wasn't the tiny room or the fact that our sink had body wash and our shower had the hand wash which no one was able to change when I asked. It was the fact that the entire top of the shower in room 205 is covered in black mold. The hotel was in a great location and I would stay again if they fixed the mold issues. Too pricey to deal with those sort of problems! The restaurant we shared some of everything and none of it was necessarily good. Much better food right the down the street. Tyzans is a must! All in all it wasn't terrible but it was not worth it. The fact that Noone answered the phone then entire time we were there, and the front desk was of no assistance with the mold or soap issues just made me see the hotel as unprofessional. Again the location is great, views are beautiful. But the room is small!"

"Our room was in fine shape outside of the shower handle not working quite right. I never got a “Please service room” thing to put on our door to get our room serviced however they did come and give us some more towels. I would say the best improvement the hotel could make is little things like having shelves or maybe a small cabinet in the bathroom. Didn’t really have anywhere to put things in there. Overall it was decent stay and good location, right on the beach and walking distance from many places you’d want to go."

"The hotel price did not match the actual experience and wasn’t worth the money. The room was too small, the condition and maintenance felt outdated, and all of the public facilities were poorly maintained as well. It was also inconvenient to get from the hotel lobby to the guest rooms."
