First and foremost, the location is great… though our stay’s purpose was for a wedding in Santurce, the hotel was within walking distance or a $5 Uber ride away. The property itself is very well kept and staffed… the pool/lagoon area is very nice and quiet, yet the property gives you access to Condado Plaza, across the street via enclosed pedestrian bridge, whose pool area has more people, activities, pool bar and access to the beach. Highly recommended.

There was a power outage that appeared to be just the hotel but I can not confirm that, we just saw the adjacent property had power. View wasn’t the greatest but that was more than likely the position of the room. Overall clean, great drinks, close to everything! Beautiful property
