"Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back there, guaranteed. Hope this encourages. "The grounds are beautiful and kept really well. The pool could have been a bit more clear. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to get to Old San Juan. Puerto Rican food is best outside of the hotel. I will definitely be back."
