"A little paradise. Our first trip to Puerto Rico and we love the island. The home is laid out very well with very nice outdoor seating areas, great pool and hot tub. Nice selection of beach amenities. The home is split upper and lower with the two bedrooms being on the lower level and a single bedroom upstairs. Both have kitchens. The upper level is a bit more roomier than the ground level. Overall a very nice home."

"The beach is a slice of heaven - we had it virtually all to ourselves. We swam there, played in the waves and collected sand dollars. They had plenty of chairs, umbrella etc. for our use as well."

"We had an amazing time staying at Coconut Cottage for five nights in November with our family! The home is in a perfect location — centrally located between Fajardo and San Juan, which made it super easy to get to all our excursions and explore different parts of Puerto Rico without long drives. Huge plus!The house itself is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with plenty of room for our large group. Everyone had the space and privacy they needed, and we loved the layout. It really worked well for a multi-family stay.Our house manager, Jacob, was fantastic! He greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour of the property, allowed an early check-in (which we appreciated!), and even shared some great local food recommendations. Anytime we reached out, his communication was quick and helpful. While some things were out of his control (like the hot water), he was always responsive."
