"This property is very old, but historic so you have to understand that it is not a luxury accommodation. There is no elevator so be prepared to walk a lot of stairs if you are staying on a high floor. Rooms are small as well. Great staff and the complimentary drinks were a big plus. The location in Old San Juan is fantastic. "

"This hotel is about 30 minutes from central San Juan but Ubers (@$35 depending on time of day) were very accessible. The staff was great. The beach is a 1 minute walk from your room. The restaurant is nice but limited, hotel food with good drinks. The beach is for hotel guest only, this was a plus. Would definitely stay here again. "

"When booking this trip (our first to Puerto Rico) we were told that parking was available just a couple of blocks away and it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off our luggage at the building entrance and park in a nearby, inexpensive parking garage.
