We had a great stay at Embassy Suites San Juan! It’s a wonderful place for families, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. I also really enjoyed the pop-up shops, and the restaurants were good as well. Having the casino right at the hotel was also a nice bonus for the adults. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more activities or things for kids to do inside the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay!

It's a great hotel..The Pool area is a little out dated, But the rest of the amenities were great. The complimentary breakfast ever morning is great. The hotel offers great Beach area where they provide cheating an umbrella on the beach. Besides that it's best to enjoy the area and what Puerto Rico has to offer.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Loved breakfast buffet everyday and free happy hour drinks in the evening . The room service was excellent, rooms were spacious. They have restaurants in the property if you don’t want to go outside to eat and the price are almost the same with the restaurants around the area. The hotel is near a groceries store and there are also nice restaurant's .

Upon arrival the staff was friendly, inviting & informative. It was my 1st time there & I was impressed at how beautiful the grounds were especially the pool. The complimentary breakfast was great, so many l especially the made to order section with so many options. I was amazed at the 2 drink complimentary everyday. Your typical Embassy Suites experience. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, breakfast and afternoon happy hour. Bar, restaurant, coffee shop, pool bar. We booked 2 excursions with the concierge, both were excellent! Pool was nice, we're more beach people and walk to beach is 5min. Perfect and 24h store on the way to the beach. Uber to Old San Juan 20$, to Condado 10$. We loved it!!!
