An excellent stay, breakfast was included, laundry facilities available for free, very spacious room. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops in Isla Verde was perfect. A $15 Uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn.

The breakfast was ALWAYS a miss with me. But a bagel and coffee works until I’m able to get real food. The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful and although you can hear the planes taking off the location in proximity to the airport was needed considering it was Christmas week and their was lots of traffic in the island

The room was average, but clean. The TV in our room did not work, but we were tired too deal with it, but did i form them at checkout. You will get $10 credit to use at their market, which will get you a water and candy bar. The staff were all very helpful and the hotel was convenientlt located. It was easy to use public transport or Uber.

The hotel is great and the room is very spacious with fully kitchen. The hotel is very well located closed to everything, you can walk to the beach and other places or you can take Uber to visit other near attractions. My only concern about the room was that it had musty smell, so it needs more fresh air ventilation or a dehumidifier to prevent it. In general I had a fabulous 5 days stay!
