"We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. "

"The staff, especially the front desk, are amazing and go out of their way to accommodate you. The kitchen manager also great. The hotel is very convenient to airport and the supermarket is a 10 min walk"
