For a budget property, this was a good stay for 1 night. It was clean, the water was hot and the amenities were better than expected. The AC was VERY loud and the walls were thin but not overly bothersome.

Our stay was brief (2 nights) but this hotel was very reasonably priced and in a great location. We were not able to check in early but they did hold our luggage while we went out to explore. There are nearby restaurants, a grocery store and even a movie theater. There is also a bus stop just across the street that takes you to Old San Juan or you can walk a short distance to Condado beach. The room itself was plenty big for me and my family and it was clean. We didn't use the gym, it was pretty small and didn't have much. The laundry room was available but we didn't use it. We did go up to the rooftop and it had a nice view at night of the city lights. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
