I stayed in “las casitas” The area is good and clean but the mosquitoes presence on the area is excessive, we spend most of our morning killing mosquitoes and our son had mosquito bites all over his head and body, they definitely need to improve in pest control for that and to avoid future instances. Other than that I would recommend staying there, pool was nice.

Bring earplugs and a eye mask

The property is about 15 mins from the airport in the hills. There isn’t anything walkable nearby. The unit was a modular trailer. The windows weren’t airtight and there were a few mosquitoes in the room. This was anticipated by the management which provided bug spray, Off, and a citronella candle. We could not sleep more than a few hours due to the loud roosters and birds. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The room could have comfortably slept a family of 5 and had nice kitchen and living room area. Because of how noisy it was, and the lack of blackout curtains, I would only stay there with an eye mask and earplugs.

The property was Beautiful and very accommodating. My daughter had an accident during our visit to Puerto Rico , that caused us to extend our stay. The property manager allowed us to check-in late and communicate with us to help with the check-in process.

I loved the communication. I was helped at all hours of the night my flight got delayed and I arrived way after check in time and they accommodated me. Whenever I needed anything they got to it right away. The place was nice and cozy and I was able to let my kids play outside and they were very happy with the pool. It was an excellent stay HOWEVER the area is very scary when you drive AT NIGHT. It’s like a mountain vibe during the day not scary at all but at night time when you’re driving it’s like a horror movie (If you scare easily) 😂. I will be looking forward to staying with them again next year.

Humidity and the pictures of the property are not the same as advertise, the address is different and we had a lot of troubles to get to the correct address, once there what we paid for was not the same during the reservation advertise a total scam

I really wanted to give this place a try I was looking for somewhere affordable for my family of four. Upon entering the sliding door was cracked in which my father-in-laws finger had got cut. When we were inside the lock did not work we were unable to lock the door while we were sleeping. Fast-forward to them changing the door with the door next-door. When we arrived we were unable to get into the room because of the door being changed. Reached out to the front multiple times no answer. My son went through the window they called us, complaining why did we go through there even threatened to call the police all because they were unable to give us a new key when they change the door. They have horrible customer service there’s ants in the room also horrible location and no hot water. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had in all my times coming to Puerto Rico.

Pagamos las casitas, me gustó porque es tranquilo y cómodo. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero habian varias cosas que podian estar mejor, como el baño. La tuberia estaba un poco tapada y la bañera u el lava manos se tapaba. Pero me gusto lo comodo que es para la familia.

En general, disfrutamos nuestra estancia aquí. Es exactamente lo que buscábamos, un lugar al que el turista medio no iría. Está ubicado en Carolina, que es una ciudad grande pero está fuera de lo común y prácticamente en medio de un sector residencial. La casita que alquilamos era bonita y cómoda. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la posada, todo en la habitación parecía frágil y listo para romperse. A los pocos minutos de llegar se rompió el portarrollos que ya estaba en mal estado, encontramos que el control remoto del televisor no funcionaba y el futón que era muy incómodo también se rompió. Afortunadamente, no intentaron cobrarnos por estos problemas. El personal responde cuando se le llama, pero a menudo es difícil encontrarlo sin llamar primero. Hay servicio de habitaciones pero sólo si llamas para solicitarlo y dejas la puerta de entrada abierta. Lo único que fue un poco decepcionante fue el silencio por la noche, los vecinos son bastante ruidosos y, a menudo, no dejaban de hacer mucho ruido hasta las 3 am. Pero en general fue una estancia tranquila que recomendaría.
