"Beautiful resort with a lot of options for pools, bars and restaurants. However, the food we experienced at several places was just "ok", and it was very expensive! Drinks especially were extremely costly. Our best meals were off site at local places. Nice touch though in the room with the fancy expresso maker and including coffee, that was good to have in the mornings."

"We had a king Mountain View room. Extremely clean room. Bed was comfortable. Be aware it is a vacation club so there is no daily house keeping. They did bring coffee and towels as requested without issue. The welcome margarita was nice touch. Property and grounds were beautiful. The beach was good. Much cleaner than Loquillo. We would stay here again. Hacienda Chocolat wasn’t too far. They had a great chocolate farm tour"

"the private beach was spectacular the water was warm for it being in May. the room was beautiful and comfortable. The pool loved it I just wished there was a food concession nearby to me that was the only downfall."

"Our family of 6 adults could not have been happier with our stay here in Rio Grande. The gated community was beautiful and safe. The spacious, and tastefully decorated home is absolutely stunning, with a well equipped kitchen, bar, games, and beach equipment. We enjoyed sitting on the patios for morning coffee, and evening drinks, and relaxing in the hammocks. The beds were comfortable, each room had an AC unit, and there was a bathroom and shower for everyone. It was the perfect location to visit San Juan, Luquillo Beach, El Yunque, and the Bioluminescent Bay. Princess is very responsive, helpful, and was the perfect host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t miss this one!! "

"The home was very clean, well-maintained, and as described, and the host was responsive.However, shortly after our stay, two members of our group developed multiple bites, and one required a doctor visit. The diagnosis confirmed bites consistent with bed bugs, which was especially concerning due to an underlying health condition.We notified the hosts, and they promptly arranged an inspection, which reported no evidence at the time. While we appreciate their responsiveness, the experience was stressful, including concern about bringing the issue back into our homes.It’s important to note that cleanliness does not rule out bed bugs, as they require specialized treatment.We’ve rented many properties over the years and have never experienced anything like this, so we felt it was important to share."

"We absolutely loved our stay and would go back again! The house was perfect for our family (3 adult couples). We use VRBO for all our vacations (twice yearly). This was the cleanest, most relaxing, and had all the amenities you need for a week's vacation, including privacy. We did a UTV tour, rainforest hike, catamaran tour, and multiple pool and beach days. My adult daughters were quite impressed, which says a lot. I am looking forward to the day when grandchildren arrive and come back to stay here again! Truly fabulous!"
